Philips has decided to step up it's presence in the mobile phones market. The Philips CT768 is a phone for the music lovers as well as camera freaks. The phone has a 1.3 Megapixel camera, 8x Digital zoom and captures video @ 30 frames per second. It comes in a silver color and has a display of 262K colors, with a resolution of 176x220 pixels. The phone can playback a lot of different types of audio formats like AMR, Midi, MP3, ACC and SMAF. It has a total of 42MB inbuilt and a facility to add a mini SD card. The CT768 lasts for a good 300 hours of standby time, but just over 4 hours of talk time. For the people who do not want to be reachable during their vacations by not carrying a mobile phone can check out the cordless phones from philips.
