After the news in may that Steve Jobs and Mark Parker had joined hands to create a new product "Nike+iPod Sport Kit". This Kit is now available for pre-order on the apple site. You can expect it to reach you within 4-5 weeks, quite a long wait huh ?

At just under $30 this seems to be quite cheap, but the problem is that it works only with a selection of Nike shoes. Few of them being the new Nike Air Zoom Moire, Nike Shox Turbo OH, Air Max 180, Nike Shox Navina and Air Max 90.

The entire arrangement only consists of a small oval transreceiver which goes under your shoe sole and another transreceiver which connects to your Nano. You can track time and the distance you covered over it. Play your selection of songs from iTunes and much more.
