LG Electronics has unvieled 3 new portable navigators which will start selling first in the United States. There is tremendous growth seen in the portable navigator market and the figures definitely prove it. The market has multiplied 3 times since last year and is expected to continue in near future.

The LN740 model provides the public access to a real-time traffic information available in 50 North-American cities. This will come with a 90 days free trial. These devices are pretty slim and compact. The devices feature a touch screen and a very neat user interface. The Navigators come in 3.5 and 4 inch displays with Sirf Star III which provides map positioning.

The LG Navigator LN735 comes with a 3.5-inch display with millions of POIs and tons of pre-loaded maps of the USA and CA. The LN730 on the other hand features 1.7 million POI with music and photo playback.

These will cost you about $449 for the 4inch one, and the 3.5 inch navigators come at $300 and $350.
