The apple accessories company iLuv has introduced another fancy gadget supplementing it's old Hi-Tech ones. This time its for video recording. This piece of Hi-Tech device looks exactly like a Dock connector for charging you iPod, but it does much more than that! The iLuv 180 can record video, YES, record videos directly on to your 5th Generation iPods.

The iLuv accepts various inputs from which it can record, these being your DVD Player, TV, Camcorder or even your DigiCam. It has recording features such as self timers and pre-defined recording modes. You can now attach your iPod to the TV using this and set a 30min timer, the iLuv will automatically record your TV Program onto your iPod so you can watch it later, it will automatically shut down in 30 mins so you don't waste any of your precious space.

As i said earlier this will also charge your iPod alongwith recording it, and has normal o/p ports such as A/V and S-Video. This functionality will appear in the menu under Videos > Video Podcasts > iLuv.

Hold on, this is not available yet and will be out in late or mid-august for an appoximate price of 200 dollars.
